1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Tags must still be attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Intimates or bodysuits

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item (if available).
If you prefer a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and send a replacement or refund if approved.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
